Observation

2)a) There are some toys with small parts that pose a choking hazard in the bins in the play room where they will be accessible to infants and toddlers. Some of the toys are smaller than 1.75 inches and some have small parts that could detach from toys that would pose a choking hazard. This included a small ball and small interlocking brick toys as well as toy cars with small wheels. 3)c) The doors on the fireplace pose a pinching hazard when closing and could be opened by a child as they are not secured. 3)f) There is a play kitchen in the play room that poses a risk of falling or tipping and is not securely anchored to prevent tipping. 4)c)i) There are two light fixtures with glass covers and glass bulbs in the licensed space, one above the area where children will eat and do activities and one in the living room where they will nap and play. It is required to have shatter resistant bulbs or covers. 5)a) Most of the electrical outlets in the indoor licensed space are not tamper resistant and will be accessible to children. There are also two outlets on the back of the house that are covered, but the covers are not secured to prevent child access. 5)b) The outlets near the sinks in the kitchen and bathroom are reported to be GFCI protected, but they are not tamper resistant as required. These areas will be accessible to children.
